      采埃孚亚太集团有限公司日前就哈尔滨东安汽车动力股份有限公司制造、销售的型号为A8R50和A8R30两款自动变速器产品涉嫌侵犯采埃孚股份公司的中国发明专利向上海知识产权法院提起了专利侵权诉讼。上海知识产权法院已立案审理，案号为(2024)沪73知民初267号以及(2024)沪73知民初268号。

      我们郑重提示业内伙伴就上述潜在的专利侵权风险予以关注。

Statement

    ZF Asia Pacific Group Co., Ltd. has filed lawsuits in the Shanghai Intellectual Property court alleging that two automatic transmission products, model A8R50 and A8R30, manufactured and sold by HARBIN DONGAN AUTO ENGINE CO., Ltd., infringe ZF  Friedrichshafen AG's valid Chinese invention patents. The Shanghai Intellectual Property court has  accepted the cases, and the case numbers are (2024) Hu 73 Zhi Min Chu No.267 and (2024) Hu 73 Zhi Min Chu No.268.

    We solemnly advise our partners in the industry to pay attention to the above-mentioned potential patent infringement risks.
